Violette Sauvage at Kube Hôtel

This weekend (9-10 December) is the Violette Sauvage blogger and fashionista vide dressing at Kube Hôtel in Paris’ 18th arrondissement.

I went yesterday and while it’s €3 to get in, the entry fee is definitely worth it. Blogger vide dressings always rate highly on my agenda as there is usually a great selection of items, many of which are new with tags and from recent or current collections. Which of course is great if you need to buy someone a gift and want to look generous (although to be honest I usually just buy presents for myself).

Some of the good deals I saw yesterday included a brand new with tags The Kooples silk dress for €40 instead of €278 and a Patricia Blanchet bag for €80 instead of €295. And not cheap but utterly fabulous was a brand new with tags Acne jacket for €900.

So what did I buy? A pair of jazzy Adidas shorts (I have vague plans to become a fitness fanatic in the New Year) for €5 and a Marc by Marc Jacobs skirt that is very Chanel/Cher Horowitz for €20.
