Today, 25 June, is the 18th edition of the Salon Emmaüs at Paris’ Parc des Expos at Porte de Versailles.
Spanning some 22,000m2, this giant bric-a-brac sale (the biggest in France) is expected to attract close to 25,000 visitors.
Emmaüs solidarity organisations in France and Europe have hand picked items for the sale from among the many donations they receive–from furniture to fashion via household goods. This year, books are a particular focus.
Entry costs €3 and a bargain is guaranteed. All profits will go towards financing Emmaüs social projects worldwide.
