June 9-10 is the Shopping for Happiness event at Crémerie de Paris, a pop-store in the center of the French capital. Crémerie de Paris was once a milk store connected to the Les Halles food market, and in recent years has hosted pop-up events from the likes of Nike, French dating site Adopte un Mec and Ugg Australia. In 2014, Pokemon organized a pop-up event there, attracting legions of fans and resulting in lines around the block.
Shopping for Happiness brings together young designers, bloggers and fashionistas across 250m2. Expect to see cool creations including jewelry, accessories and decorative objects, as well as a host of secondhand and preloved items as fashion addicts clean out their closets.
For those interested in having a wardrobe clear out and exhibiting, prices for a stand range from €90 to €120 for the two days. There’s also the possibility of exhibiting for just one of the days.
If you can’t make it on June 9-10, the next event will take place on July 7-8.
