This weekend I’ll be shopping brand new for a change, as I’m not only passionate about finding bargains, but also about giving something back and supporting good causes.
Returning for its 37th edition, the now infamous Grande Braderie de la Mode
is taking place from December 9-11 in Pantin, just outside of Paris. The event is organized by the association AIDES, which works to support people affected by HIV, AIDS or hepatitis.
Many fashion designers including the likes of Balmain, Christian Louboutin and Sonia Rykiel come together for the Grande Braderie de la Mode. Shoppers can snap up pieces from recent or current collections at up to 70% off the retail price, and all for a very worthy cause.
Think a pair of Stella Luna ankle boots for €98 instead of €325, an Azzaro tie for €25 instead of €75 or a Claudie Pierlot jumper for €55 instead of €185
